I've been on meds for about 6 months now and definitely noticed the same thing with Ritalin. My moods were very up and down all the time, especially in the afternoons. I tried adjusting the amounts I was taking, and even having smaller amounts, but more often (same total dosage). In the end I changed to Concerta, as it's a slow release tablet that you take in the morning and forget about it. I think it works much better. It might be worth asking your doc
I hate these 'reality ' bullshit TV shows and definitely don't watch the block, but it could have something to do with no-one being able to buy anything but run down old shacks that need renovations?
I've just started using spark, and it seems pretty close.
It has 'newsletters' which is basically 'promotions', and 'notifications' which is more of the important stuff like eBay and Amazon receipts and Google security notifications because you signed into a new email app 😂
I came here to say the same thing. I've been using it for years and it works perfectly. Unfortunately you can't download though, but that's not I would use Spotify for anyway
And edit the name to whatever I like. No need for a toggle
