  • Not OP, and not disagreeing with you, but I think it's also fair to point out that "having boobs and a vagina" isn't always preference for straight people either.

Some people are just hardwired to not feel sexual attraction unless the other person fits their needs, I think? Just like how most gay men don't feel sexual attraction to the aforementioned qualities.

  • Asked if nonunion employees have been told they can’t schedule vacations starting August 1, Zaccara said, “We are asking management employees to be at the ready, should we need them.”

So basically, they said "yes" but in the most evasive way possible. Unless of course the non-union employees prefer to be shamed and then fired. Lovely.

  • Damn. I'm in for two, and I'm still on the fence about it. I love my GC controllers but don't play on them enough to justify spending ~$100 on each, even though I really love working on electronics.

  • Used physical copies for older flagship titles (SM Odyssey, BoTW, etc.) can sometimes be found for cheap online! I bought most of my favorite games this way, even if I owned the digital copy.

  • Hijacking top comment:

Thinking of picking up Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen ($4.99), Okami HD ($9.99) and maybe Spyro Reignited Trilogy ($15.99) from the eShop.

Anything I should be wary about regarding performance on the Switch?

  • Preparing to go to a national park, one that my mother has been excited to visit for the last decade... Yellowstone!

We got very affordable flight ticket prices, and the whole family's gonna be extra busy after this summer, so I'm hoping it turns out nicely. Also excited to try out my new binoculars! I want to see many borbs 🥺

  • Agreed. With the current disparity between resources and playercount, refusing to implement anti-cheat beyond EAC would ultimately end up killing the game. I get that people aren't fans of FaceIt, especially on Linux, but at the very least the option to play a with anti-cheat EXISTS and can be iterated on for future games.

To the people who say they won't play on Linux because of FaceIt... you weren't gonna play anyway with a different anti-cheat, because EAC is already failing to ban cheaters and ruining the game experience (which will cause the game to die), BattlEye isn't much better, and anything else won't run on Linux.
