  • No. Stop. Don't.

I hear you, but all these rich rat bastards need to be reminded that they only have what they have because the masses allow it. I hope I don't see it in my lifetime, but we are rapidly approaching a point where heads are going to roll.

  • My response to this was to delete my modded Sync and transition fully to Lemmy. Done dabbling.

  • As the little Asian lady behind me on the Yosemite tour bus loved to say, "Be-u-tiful!"

  • I find that figure extremely hard to believe. Maaaaybe with bots.

  • I've removed my modded Sync from my home screen and replaced it with Voyager for Lemmy until Sync for Lemmy is ready. This r/place BS is pathetic.

  • I 100% would have signed up for Reddit Premium and payed monthly for Sync access if they had allowed me to hand them the money. Oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • I was on Reddit since just before the Digg migration and I still don't know what karma even is not give two shits about it.

  • I'm very hopeful for the future of Lemmy. We stand at a turning point for Internet culture right now. It's time to turn away from the curated big boys and return to the open liberty that the old days were all about. I think Lemmy can be the vessel and it seems to be a touch more active every day.

  • Considering how I can watch the thumbs load as I scroll, I've assumed they are full size. I'm interested in this as one of Sync for Reddit's best features was it's data optimization; hopefully the same will be true of the upcoming Lemmy version.

  • I'd bite if it came with a lifetime guarantee against failure, accidental included. Buds are just too fragile for this kind of price.

  • One massive, throbbing, pixelated John Oliver.

  • I like that it's relatively cheap, but the fries are bad.

  • I've been saying this for a long while. We need a new constitution at this point, and that is OK. The founders knew this, and also took time to point out that it will be ugly, just like it was for them. The shit show we have now is enough to make me lean into antinatalism, which is a stance I never could have imagined as a younger person.

  • "Sorry, we heard Judge ______ handed a bottle of water to someone in a GA election line, gotta go!"

  • Wild animals are most dangerous when cornered and in their death throes.

  • Why the hell wouldn't they put it in those terms then? "Sorry, bye!" sucks in a professional setting.

  • Copious propaganda, debt, and distraction.
