Depending on your career, you can either learn slowly or quickly that a large chunk of the population is simply unredeemable and will reflexively lie to survive.
The other chunk is simply incapable of admitting they’ve been had, or is so bitter they convince themselves the boat isn’t sinking.
You are one of trillions of NPC in the minds of these individuals and seen as nothing more than a resource to burn through. We’ve been trained to worship fame, bright shiny lights and blunt assholery.

I would imagine there aren’t any. Whenever a product or service is created, there’s little to no foresight, it’s all about the ease of profits and the eventual lawsuits that come afterwards are usually seen to be a small percentage of what they’ll make.
