I got mine out only 18 months after having it put in cause my screws were popping out and my plate was grinding against my bone and very painfully pressing in. Got a shiny secondary scar where my wound popped open when they removed the stitches . Apparently I wasn't done cooking yet.

Nothing but ugly scars left behind now.

It sucked, but everything went as well as it could have and I got all my metal out and both my legs are the same size again, with no lingering pain so I got super lucky there. It's just an ugly scar and some gruesome pictures now.

Yes, it took a titanium rod and like 9 screws to reattach. They didn't believe me at first and thought I was being dramatic until they took my boot off.

Know the parts of yourself to keep to yourself is pretty valuable advice. I think "Be Yourself" is better described as "Be yourself- except for that, and that, and that, oh and probably keep that shit to yourself bro- that's fucked up."

Also, socialism is progress. That's the entire point. But I guess an enlightened centrist like yourself is beyond that kind of thinking.

To be fair, it's corporations, lobbyists and governments that made us believe that we needed these things to be successful. Entire generations morals were bought with new technology that we were convinced we needed. And then the government's created places to revolve and evolve around these technologies and put us all in a position where we'd have to give up everything in order to be able have a chance at a future. Commuters have been put in a position where they need their gas guzzlers, we can't get jobs without consistent access to a mobile phone and internet- some won't even hire you if you aren't on socials.

Sure we can take steps to combat the problem, but the problem is still being shoved down our throats under the guise of success and happiness so most don't even have a clear idea of what the problem is. The industries themselves are responsible, they created this problem and they pay off governments for the ability to continue this problem. We as consumers can have a small impact on this, but without rallying 8 billion people against it, it is useless- the industries only have to convince a handful of people that their way is the right way.

You make it sound as though personal responsibility and discipline will show us the way out of the darkness, but that is disingenuous at best.

American centerists just don't want to admit they voted for Trump.

If we don't stand at your side then all we do is lend legitimacy to their side. We are all brothers and sisters in the fight against hate. We fight together and we either win together or die trying because if we don't win then this world isn't worth being a part of anyways. ❤️

My last SUV had the same engine as their smallest pickup truck.

But shilling for MLMs is unethical and buying their stuff supports their terrible business practices and we should never support the MLM model as it uses and abuses poor and vulnerable people forcing them to keep pumping money into it I stead of making a living.

Probably shouldn't buy it from a shady MLM though. There are tons of brands better than Tupperware and none of them had to scam a poor woman's work to be sold.
