I see this as a good thing nature docs wouldn't be as good without his voice and I'm sure AI could be trained to give a very similar set of opinions.

Yeah it's a bit morbid and he should definitely get paid for it.

The guys just a conartist one of the reasons I bought the Nothing phone 1 was the remarks no other phone would be on the horizon for a long time until they nailed it.

About 2 months later phone 2 is the only one the company cares about and every phone 1 update seems buggier and more rushed than the last.

I expect the same will happen to anyone with phone 2 when they inevitably spring a 3 out of nowhere.

Apparently worse than I originally thought from what I understand now they logged every message sent and kept all files accessible including documents, photos, videos etc.

It's available but judging from Nothings subs on /r nobody can actually get it to work.

Yeah it's definitely compromised on the Nothing phone side but I was thinking more of the IPhone users supposedly encrypted messages being stored at Sunbird when they likely wouldn't even know they weren't direct.

I agree with the article but I wouldn't be surprised if Apple still decided to shut down Nothings chats anyway. It's pretty damn cheeky how much they copied the iPhone design and now trying to get imessage as well.

Not to mention this would potentially compromise security of everyone who communicates from an iPhone to a Nothing Phone.

Honestly I'm typing this on a Nothing phone and if this appears on my phone instead of them actually fixing the many bugs I'll be quite pissed.

Every update this phone gets worse both in bugs and battery life and the company seems more obsessed with things like beer, clothing lines and now imessage than actually trying to fix anything that's actually important.

I knew Elon was a prat the second he sued Top Gear and lost over a Tesla review.

Top Gear were kinder than they really should have been.

If there is it's escaped me until now as it isn't on my 3 dot menu.

Ok the icon is obvious now I look at it I just assumed it would be on the 3 dot menu and didn't expect it anywhere else I guess.

I'd use ipa to break down the glue or at a pinch some hand sanitiser and a cloth to get rid of stickers.

Let's be honest 8gb is lower end for a phone now never mind a computer. Then again if someone just wants to watch YouTube or shop on the Web it's fine.

Doa imo. Absolutely pointless given existing tech and it's price and subscription.

If I can't side load apps like vlc, YouTube next or Stremio as examples I simply won't buy them anymore.

I don't think I'd buy a device with no buttons I mean it could work fine UI wise but what do you do if an app freezes.

I've noticed the play store try and stop me from installing the odd sideloaded or fdroid app. It seems to be getting more common the last few months.

I'm thinking they are going to pull a no sideloaded thing sometime just to get rid of adblockers etc
