It's not about trust. It's about what are they going to do with the data. I have been to China, it's cool. I also don't have any long term plans there. I do have long term plans in 5 eye countries. Therefore I want none of my data in government spy databases where I actually do things.
You ever drown or wipe out an ant colony? Take down a wasps nest? Swat away the hoards of mosquitos annoying you?
That's genocide but they aren't what you would consider equals as a human. I'm aware some super vegan froo froos, do. But anyways. Your ability to genocide an entire village of beings you don't consider equal is where most of these feelings come from.
It's also why the playbook, heavily updated by Hitler in the past, and Israel today, say that's an important step. Dehumanize your enemy. Then wiping them off the face of the earth is a casual comment much like calling an exterminator to genocide those pesky wasps under your front porch. And I'm not being snarky when I say Israeli playbook. They have published and public books on exactly how to do this, how to wage a propaganda war, etc. It is not a secret. The US, and other 5 eye countries also follows the same aided by their intelligence agencies because it's so powerful on the majority of low intellect people. Remember half the people are below average intelligence... Many that are above average aren't interested. So you always have a minority that can critically think for themselves. The rest want it spoonfed.
Edit: Also if you want a laugh, Eddie Izzard somewhat explains it in his Dressed To Kill tour.
It has nothing to do with car dependency. Just like every other public project in the USA, if it isn't immediately broken, then they just "defer maintenance" and allocate that spending to somewhere else. I like nice art statues. I like a bridge that doesn't collapse more. If you can't afford to maintain and fix a bridge, you can't afford your budget. Either increase taxes or decrease spending. But deferring these costs and stealing from the coffers because it won't be your problem later should be criminal.
I am? Alcohol does way more damage. I greatly enjoy now being somewhere where alcohol is not the normal. A day or night out is not just drinking plus something.
As for smoking, vaping, whatever stop that shit too. I wish it was legal so that everytime your stank wafts over me, I can just spray you with vomit powder. Because basically it's the same thing. You want to stink yourself up, fine. You want to do it in public, or so it gets in my house, etc then I get to stink you up with something you find repulsive as well.
Reddit is terrible with the mod culture. That's why I left. I paid for multiple premium subscriptions because it was a community supposedly. But it was being run with no way to hold moderators accountable.
Cancelled all my subscriptions, and deleted all my posts with a third party app.
The US had no issues invading countries for "freedom" and humanitarian reasons (according to their propaganda). Sounds like they could very easily just setup shop in Israel and Palestine of they wanted to actually do anything versus just stalling for their buddy.
This is also why the security council ceasefires have all called for no destruction of Rafah. US vetoed. US draft allowed Israeli attacks in Rafah. Others blocked.
Israel is straight up ignoring the resolution. So not only are they complicit in genocide, but anyone who sends them aid is more so complicit now.
And where's the news? I do hope Americans are aware that PACs and SPACs do not have such regulations to prevent them from being used in this way. If Trump wants to spend the money buying Funions and Funkopops, he can. Sorry, if the PACs that are in no way affiliated with Trump personally want to do that, they can.
I know! They don't allow women to control their own bodies. Having to travel thousands of miles for medically required procedures when their lives are in danger. Women fear for their loves walking down the street. Crime is rampant. Humanitarian rights down the drain supporting genocide of an entire people...
The US doesn't have a parliamentary system. It is winner take all. There are no votes of no-confidence. There are no coalition governments. The winner of the electoral college which is NOT popular vote gets full control with no oversight.
If you vote for a party that does not win, you get zero representation, not partial or proportional representation.
My Firefox is sitting happy eating about 30GB of RAM right now...
