  • On Mastodon, Lemmy communities show up similarly to how a regular Mastodon user does, and can be searched and tagged similarly. So in this case, OP tagged this community specifically rather than any others with the same name.

    I believe if you try and tag multiple it only posts to the first community mentioned in your toot, but don't quote me on that one!

  • Just FYI you should have your profile set to both, otherwise you're missing content posted in English.

    You might also find you'll occasionally need to set a language when responding to a post or comment made from Kbin, there's some kind of weird combo of settings that sometimes won't let an Undetermined comment go through, so just something to bear in mind.

  • Honestly no idea, I don't know much about alternative platforms at all. Only just started to look into other options myself!

    I'd never framed it in terms of price per view but I do love a good stat so no worries lol, was interesting.

  • Lol at people reporting this post for misinformation. Futurama season numbers have always been ill-defined and now we just have to live with it. Be thankful you're not in the UK where the DVD ordering made it even weirder.

    • lemmyverse lets you keyword search communities hosted everywhere
