The courts ruled it isn't plagerism. So... You're looking pretty stupid here.

The patents in question have nothing to do with creature designs. And neither would patent law be covering the design of creatures. That would be copyright law.

They're all just incredibly shocked you're even playing the game.

A teenager is in a vulnerable state. Some more than others. But self esteem, self worth, and existentialism are things that a teenager as, at the very least, a brush with.

An emotionally vulnerable person is more open to suggestion. Religion does this a lot. Advertising is no different.

I'm 32, I still think it's ridiculous. You have any idea how many perfectly functional appliances are sold on the second hand market (usually because the previous owner doesn't know how to change a fuse)?
