Chinese Scientists Create Cyborg Bees That Can Be Controlled Like Drones for Undercover Military Missions

  • The researchers are hoping that the tiny cyborg could allow the military to infiltrate hard-to-access space or be used in search and rescue missions to find survivors in natural disasters, according to a research paper.

    In other words the researchers are clawing at reasons to justify their research. The Chinese military aren't looking into this, following commands 9 out of 10 times isn't reliable enough to even start development.

    This is about as strategically useful as a bluetooh controlled robo-roach.

  • No, the conspiracy theory in 2016 and 2020 was that extra people were voting, in particular dead people and people who weren't eligible. Specifically, Republicans were claiming that Democrats were making fraudulent votes. I'm saying that Republicans took control of vote counting and didn't count Democrat votes.

    Furthermore there is a growing body of evidence showing that this has happened. Specifically, sworn affidavits from people claiming they voted one way, which exceed the number of votes that were recorded for that candidate. Furthermore, statistical analysis shows that it is virtually impossible for so many people to have voted for Trump at the top of the ballot but the Democrat line the rest of the way down (the US election isn't just about the president, they lump in Congress, Senate, a bunch of judges, police, and even state law amendments into one multi-page ballot).

    So please, with all due respect, fuck off with your mindless hyperbole.

    It amazes me how people bought the story that turnout was low, when most polling locations were heaving.

  • I don't think that's right, other articles refer to another time the President deployed the National Guard without the respective governor's consent, and it was back in like 1965.

    Ultimately, the President is the head of the military, and the National Guard is a part of that.

    Edit2: Here's another that shows the ripples ahead and behind the moon. This happens because the inner ring orbits faster than Daphnis, while the outer ring orbits slower:

    Here's a Daily Mail article that looks like the OP. Apparently this was from a simulation released by NASA in 2016. So basically they were superseded by actual images from Cressini's subsequent passes in 2017.
