Holy smokes that’s fucking wild. Reading that article sucked. I’m really happy for the indie passion projects that aren’t affected by this industry downturn as much.

AA games needs to come back, all these AAA and “AAAA” games are just ballooning costs and now the bubble has bursted.

The only one I’ve played is Metal Slug 4 , which is pretty fun. Any bangers y’all recommend?

I actually use funkwhale now for music. It’s really decent so far. A little buggy though, but it should iron out

I feel like it was best when it came out, but the single player was fun atleast. I get that it wasn’t your vibe tho, one of those “best at high level play” games

Considering Sega is most likely live servicing their Jet Set games, a sequel is a much better outcome. That said I’d like to check out anything they do seeing as it’s a good developer

I find it pretty awesome that instead of doing Remote Code Execution to fuck up someone’s life, they instead exploited it in live broadcast which shows the world how terrible these rootkits that go by the name of “anti cheat” are.

I’m in the same boat. I wouldn’t consider myself a target in my current government regime but who knows what will happen in the future. Even though I don’t do anything illegal per se I just don’t trust politicians.

The goddamn mega corpos are just something else though. I’d appreciate the template!

Played this on Gamepass. It had a wonderful story, and getting each unique ending was so satisfying <3.
