All of the files on the archive have torrent's available. If they just release all of the torrent files or their URL's, people can start seeding and downloading them. It would be a lot of data though.
Real Debrid doesn't seed anything. Stremio just has other addons that can seed torrents, but they're not Real Debrid or one of the other debrid services
If I'm just trying to watch something right then and there, I'll usually use my IPTV subscription or a streaming site, but if I plan on watching later, I'll download a nice high quality torrent
AFAIK there was no malware found, unless you are talking about their ads on the site, then yes, those can be malicious. I think one reason why people don't like SteamUnlocked is that they just reupload games from other sites
