Yeah... basically every Trek show has a really rough start with the exception of Lower Decks and Strange New Worlds. Groundbreaking.
Hell yeah on the ringtones! Every notification tone on my phone comes from Trek in some fashion. The Voyager theme song is my ringtone <3 Discovery and Voyager constantly flip back and forth between who is my favorite.

They're similar. Detroit style has more cheese (like a lot more) as well as the cheese usually being cheddar, blackened/carmelized sides and is a denser/chewier bread. Siccilian style pizza is closer to a sort of foccacia bread. Usually softer, mozza more often as the base cheese and has more herbs and stuff. They're very similar but also fairly different too.
