Again, you're talking about loneliness as a concept, and in that simple definition, you're spot on, i agree with you. What we're talking about here, and what should be obvious given the context of this comversation, is the worsening of this phenomenon by artificial means.

Except if you did just the slightest bit of research you'd know patriarchy is an anthropological and well defined phenomenon not based on prejudice but on research of oppression throughout millennia, while the other is just an excuse to be intolerant.

One way capitalism increases loneliness is with the job economy. We work too much, to blindly increase "profits" for someone who doesn't care about us. We are restless and tired when we get home, going out costs too much (because of the same corporations pushing the economy and legislation that makes life always the more expensive) so we don't go out the same.

Obviously capitalism is but one of the factors of modern loneliness, but it is heavily intertwined with a political will of weakening our resolve and hope and companionship.

When things go a certain way, you need only follow who benefits the most from it, and you will almost surely find the cause for that ill

Patriarchy harms and isolates men first so that they become the monsters that women fear.

The same way women are expected to look and act a certain way, so is for men, with different criteria.

Not by people per se, but by a sort of cultural subconscious, like a chaos creature from warhammer it exists because people believe in it, not necessarily because they agree with it. Everyone fears it, so most comply.

And yes, the idea of overpopulation comes from false premises about an exponential growth in human population which is very improbable to happen because birth rates in the global North are declining and so will those in the global South once children stop dropping like flies because of inhuman conditions forced on them by the powers that be.

If I am so argumentative it is because overpop theory is rooted in racist arguments and is in my opinion a damaging idea to one's view of the world and I am so tired of seeing everyone taking it for granted when really there's nothing granted about it. It subtracts dialectical energy from actual issues and is ultimately just capitalist propaganda in my view

Are your implying infinite growth of Human population? Are you implying we don't have enough resources for the 9 to 10 billion people peak estimated by 2100? Because it's not gonna grow larger than that, the data is skewed because countries that formerly had a lot of infant deaths used to compensate with higher birth rates, but with living conditions rising babies don't die as often but it takes one or two generations before people catch on to that and stop making babies like crazy.
