  • The only metric distance most Americans care to learn is 9mm.

  • This feels so satisfying to read now that FEMA won't do much in the South. Will it fuck blue states over too? Yeah, but at least we have some money to fix it ourselves and have a better sense of community to help others.

  • It's almost mandatory to have a Mary Sue in situations where shit hits the fan in space. Otherwise you'll just have a dead character pretty quickly.

  • We're getting a real life Arsenal Bird! Here's hoping we make a Stonehenge to counter it.

  • Cleaning fees are gonna hurt a little.

  • They have tandem bikes where they make them pedal in the back seat.

  • Some races and classes are way too imbalanced and basically break the game.

  • I'm still driving a 2010 Versa equipped with one of their last automatic transmissions and it's going strong. They used to have great affordably priced cars up until they introduced their horrendous CVTs. I've never been so disappointed with their offerings until test driving an Altima equipped with one. If you're not consistent with maintenance on the thing it'll end up costing you thousands of dollars to replace later. Add on the case that they made their vehicles the worst rated car for privacy by Mozilla (which is really saying something) and now you have a company that became very irrelevant in the 2010s onward.

It's sad a car company with such a great legacy might end up going away, but they brought this upon themselves by cutting corners in production costs, raising their prices beyond what's reasonable, and selling out their customer's privacy for an easy buck.

  • You're still off. You need potato tots and prayers.

  • Wouldn't law enforcement be able to find a couple of receipts or something that could indicate who it was that threw all this away? It'd be so satisfying to issue a massive fine to the assholes who did this.

  • Eat your single allocated slice of pizza, employee. Be grateful you're getting a pittance and go back to work. Bathroom breaks are now a privilege. The beatings will continue until morale improves.

  • You wouldn't want to keep such old equipment connected to a network anyway. That's only inviting trouble down the line.

  • Pretty sure the fascists in ICE aren't the intellectual types who have anything to offer for scientific programs.

  • Swastikab, they redirect its passengers' ride to ICE facilities if the cameras pick up dark skin tones!

  • All I can think of is this happening:

  • I wish I could. The only maga hat wearing fascist in my job site acts too nice and friendly so I'll look like a raging hysterical idiot if I openly act like a dick to him. People around me either don't care or only want to keep the peace in their immediate area. Every day we get more awful news from the administration, hear about how ICE abducts random people, and see how much we've alienated ourselves in the international community. Despite all this we still collectively act like everything's fine. It's maddening.

  • What should we do with the ones who voted to hurt others but now want to change sides because they're being hurt too? Should we ignore the very likely possibility they'll jump right back to the other side when the Republicans backpedal just enough to no longer look so blatantly shameless? Let them turn against Trump on their own, I just want to keep my distance from these people before they likely disappoint us in the next election cycle.

  • America's doing a better job taking down its own planes than its enemies.

  • They were worth it though. There was one across the street from my high school and I'd play dota, CS 1.6, and StarCraft on LAN with some buddies after school. Nothing beat that experience and it's a shame we lost something this great.
