  • Nintendo emailed me today saying something like they changed their EULA and if I didn’t do anything then it counts as accepting the new EULA unless I close my account. Haven’t had a switch in years, didn’t even like it and gave it away. Anyway I closed my Nintendo account immediately.

  • This is the answer.. the 2 hour “limit” is just the window in which it will almost certainly be automatically refunded.. anything more than that 2 hour limit and they will actually look into your reason why.. I’ve refunded games over the 2 hour limit for reasons like “game isn’t what I thought it would be” or “just not very fun” and I’ve never been turned down over it.

  • Probably the Total War series is up your alley.. sounds exactly like what you did in Civ 6.. you amass a giant army and go around putting everyone in their place.. and often enough someone shows up to put you in yours.. also for the combat you can just select auto and it will just do the battle for you, ORRRRR you can manually do the combat and control each of your units (cavalry, swordsman, officers.. etc) it’s really pretty neat if not a little overwhelming at points.
