Nintendo emailed me today saying something like they changed their EULA and if I didn’t do anything then it counts as accepting the new EULA unless I close my account. Haven’t had a switch in years, didn’t even like it and gave it away. Anyway I closed my Nintendo account immediately.
Let’s not forget that the people that call out said behavior get banned and their comments deleted.. you can’t authentically claim nobody calls them out because you don’t actually know if anyone is or not.. because ban.
This is the answer.. the 2 hour “limit” is just the window in which it will almost certainly be automatically refunded.. anything more than that 2 hour limit and they will actually look into your reason why.. I’ve refunded games over the 2 hour limit for reasons like “game isn’t what I thought it would be” or “just not very fun” and I’ve never been turned down over it.
Probably the Total War series is up your alley.. sounds exactly like what you did in Civ 6.. you amass a giant army and go around putting everyone in their place.. and often enough someone shows up to put you in yours.. also for the combat you can just select auto and it will just do the battle for you, ORRRRR you can manually do the combat and control each of your units (cavalry, swordsman, officers.. etc) it’s really pretty neat if not a little overwhelming at points.
Sea is such a good game.. it’s deceptive in its complexity. It comes across fairly simple and straight forward but I’ve learned it isn’t quite so simple haha. Definitely more than meets the eye.
