  • It's not surprising that someone who clearly hates vegans would say the same shit about Linux. You're basically the type that's mad at people who think. How many times have you called someone a "college boy"? A non zero amount I'd imagine

  • If there was a god, Trump would die from a heart attack in the near future. The only way to prevent further damage is for the sack of shit to die asap.

But if Trump taught us anything, there is no God or justice in the universe. He's done more to damage our country than almost any single person, and has made a mockery of the concept of equality under the law. It's truly pathetic

  • Fair enough. I loved it. Had never played a game like that. I was definitely under the impression that these were mostly PC games. I had a lot of fun with Morrowind and played oblivion a bit too. I didn't see a ton of difference in them. Then Skyrim for me was absolutely incredible. Besides the bugs (which I barely ever saw myself) I didn't see a single reason people talked so much smack about that game.

  • He just did everything he could to encourage it and then watched on TV for over an hour giddy that it was happening, refusing to make a statement to call them off, when everyone he knew was begging him to. Yep totally innocent.

  • Are you me? Very close to how I would have written the exact same thoughts!

I tried a slew of lemmy apps but none were are clean and smooth as what I wanted. Connect has some rough edges but visually and features wise is closest to what I want. I'm hoping boost is very similar to how it was on reddit because it struck all the right balances for me, and felt more solid than connect. Plus the icon is way better than connect's. :)

I tried sync and I don't get the hype. It's fine, I'd use it if I didn't have other options. But for me the UI is just like 15% too busy. It's just annoying enough to deter me from it.

  • Nope. The only time I use Reddit is when a search leads me there. I deleted my account and open it in a container tab in Firefox so they can't track me and I have ublock origin running to block their bullshit ads. I suggest everyone do that. I feel like lately even Google takes me there less often, and when they do, the content is shittier than it used to be.

Fuck reddit. I don't need it, it's dead to me.
