  • All those school knifings where 15 children leave in body bags -- they're just swept under the rug by the mAiNsTrEaM mEDiA

And don't you cite the like one or two of those that have ever happened back in 1931. We both know that psychopaths love the idea of killing a dozen people in a few seconds and the only way to do that is with guns or explosives.

  • We let computers make our lives better in hundreds of other ways, but somehow when it's a fully developed one, in a car, that's bad?

The last time a rolling start would've helped me was in like 2002 in my 1989 junker so yeah color me unconvinced. People like to claim that automatics waste gas but the way you see people drive sticks leads me to believe the reverse is usually true.

I'll take life with computers, you can revert to 1955 driving if you like.

  • All browsers have extensions, even Safari. This has nothing to do with FF particularly

Some people not using Firefox might use it if they understood some of the great extensions for FF which are unique to it. Like the Containers one.

  • "dozens"?

How could that possibly be? It's a web browser. You know that right? It sounds like you're trying to turn it into some other type of application.

I use like 5 extensions for privacy reasons and 5 for preference reasons. This all makes my browsing experience VASTLY BETTER, not just tolerable or something. These are all adding features, some of which chrome specifically is idealistically against (the Internet without ads or as much tracking). If you took all these extensions away, Firefox would still be functionally just as good as chrome if not better.

So yeah it always blows my mind when people claim how lacking in features Firefox is. What are you even talking about?

  • I think the legal system works exactly that way for poor/black people but for white people you buy your way out of jail.

Probably because that's been demonstrated a seemingly infinite number of times

And yeah what you wrote was a textbook defense, no only in the legal sense but in an everyday sense too.
