  • You could talk to a doctor about prazosin. It's a blood pressure drug that stops dreams for some unknown reason. I have PTSD nightmares and will take it for a week or so when they crop up again. Just something to consider

  • Try clearing your app data in the app settings. It sounds like you've got a bad session stuck there causing the app to be confused.

  • I have seen this to be fair (although 30 is a bit hyperbolic), and if it's not a community that interests me, I block it and move on. I don't get big mad about it and go cry into the ether.

  • Yeah that argument holds zero water. Forcing browsers to trust these roots means not only pre-trusting them, but disallowing removal of trust. This is completely intended for surveillance purposes.

  • I've not had this particular issue. What frustrates me is that autoplay seems to play videos from only one channel. I like the channel, but even if it's not related to the last video that ended it'll still auto play that channel.

    The channel is No Rolls Barred which is a board game channel. I'll be watching a science related video and boom, board games. It's annoying.

  • For sure. My mother suffered brain damage after a heart attack while I was in high school. She nearly immediately became super conservative and scared of everything and everyone that wasn't white because of Fox News.

    So glad that I got to finish my high school education and move away to college and cut contact with her. I can only imagine if I had been younger. Growing up, she was a progressive person who even advocated for easier legal immigration and same sex marriage when it was super unpopular to do so.

    Not saying all conservatives have brain damage, but...
