  • And commence nuclear tests, if I understand correctly

  • So during the address (just now), Putin has announced that Russia is "pausing" participation in the strategic offensive weapons treaty, aka that agreement to limit nukes.

    Yeah

  • lmao

  • pilots are hard to train

Unless they are already trained NATO pilots, who just happened to quit two weeks ago.

Btw the retiring of that trainer version was planned to take 9 years

This I concede, but if the goal is to give Lockheed a fat and urgent contact with no questions asked?

i also don’t want it to happen since for the crap worth it would represent another escalation and step towards WW3.

Me neither. But then, I wasn't keen for this whole shitshow to begin with. The ruling class, however, doesn't seem to mind

  • lmao

  • It'll be a one year mark in just a week. They will want to do something drastic

  • What about jets?

  • "Akschually it's a roman salute, not a Nazi salute" - favourite defense line of Nazis everywhere

  • mobile bases

What are those? Sounds like something out of space sci-fi

  • Well I sincerely doubt Russian navy is larger than USA's. Especially in the regions like the Pacific

  • I'm gonna press doubt for Russia here and ask to see how they count strength

  • Beginning or openly admitting? Pretty sure Russian MOD had reported that several soldiers were hospitalised with signs of chemical poisoning last year. Around November, I think.

  • Where's Imperialism? I skimmed through, didn't notice

  • Venn diagram for their respective userbases is a circle

  • They expected some "glorious last stand" they could then wank into oblivion. Remember the whole shitshow around Snake Island? And how quickly it was forgotten and abandoned after it turned out the soldiers are alive

  • That is so, but it is also a recorded fact. I am sure you have heard of the incident with shelling of a shopping mall in Ukraine? Their government then claimed it was a "war crime" and "ebil russkies trying to kill civilians". But the video materials from AFU soldiers themselves had revealed it was used to store artillery shells - among them 203 mm Pion.

  • I mean, the Pion self-propelled gun could also fire nuclear shells. It was a whole thing at the time.

Oh and for the record, Ukraine has Pions.

  • Kursk, Admiral Kuznetsov, anything really. There was a video on Reddit about the upcoming Russian attack drone project. Several top ranking comments were attempting to be witty with variations of "lel Russian 'drone' means dere's pilot inside honhon"

  • Eeeh feels a bit like those ukranian media posts, with cutesy girls in military uniforms with Azov patches.

  • If libs didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards.

Businesses paying politicians to further their interests? It's corruption in the rest of the world. It's "lobbying" in USA.

Athletes using medicine that helps muscles recover after heavy training? It's evil doping and cheating if it's Russia. Athletes using asthma medication to boost their skiing performance? Athletes popping Adderall like it's candy? Perfectly fine if it's Norway, USA, others.
