Okay, that chart is, like, 5 difference systems of measurement pretending to be one unit of measurement. The imperial system is bad, but it's not quite as bad as that chart.
That said, I like how most imperial units are at a scale that feel nice. Like, most things you measure in feet are no more than 10 feet long, most things you measure in yards are less than a dozen yards long. Also, it's nice that at 0° F you know road salt isn't gonna work.

You probably would not be surprised how many people buy every single book that comes out. I happen to be one of them. Only stopped recently, and after the OGL scandal last year I don't think I will ever do that again. @Kichae

Back when I played in AL, the appeal was less about the content and more about the ability to show up somewhere with a Char sheet and know there will be a table to play at. @ThisIsAManWhoKnowsHowToGling

I'm talking about in-world legality. #MCDM has lore about how dragonborn are created being that were crafted during the reign of Good King Omin, so they are a symbol of that better age. As such, the despotic Lord Ajax has placed a bounty for dragonborn heads.
I don't really have anything comparable in my world, though? There is a bad guy evilling in a holding pattern over the western horizon, but I have other lore about his machinations.
@cjoll4
As in being an orc is against the law of the kingdom their character are in. #MCDM has dragonborn as being created by Good King Omin, who was deposed by the evil Lord Ajax. Ajax then placed a large Bounty on the head of every dragonborn.
@LemmyKnowsBest not sure what you are picking up on, but I think our #mastodon server runs well partly because our admin works for Google and can bring his expertise over here. I have mixed feelings about that. He is very obviously a fan of the big tech companies and seemed a bit miffed that we all got so upset about #Threads trying to #federate
@bigtuffal @dndmemes yeah that's how it is
