I think you are correct it's missing a letter. From my very poor understanding of Russian I was attempting to learn before they invaded Ukraine... the И would make it plural. So rather than Ukraine it says Ukrainians? I think this would be the correct way of writing it слави україни glory to Ukrainians.
I know they are not the same language but they are similar sometimes.
