Why aren't they trying to take ALL the credit for the infrastructure bill? It's like they're allergic to messaging at all. That bill actually is great and is a real accomplishment and most people don't know about it and/or believe it was bipartisan.
They are just so bad at having a consistent message and platform that isn't whiny bullshit. Republicans have no problem with this, we know exactly who they are and what they stand for. I get all the Dem emails everyday and the only message I EVER see is "not trump". And sure that's great, but are we that confident it's going to work again?
Criticism of the democratic party is equivalent to striving to install fascism??
Listen to yourself! I fucking voted for Biden in 2020, I want them to be better. That isn't trying to "sow discontent" it's not striving to install fascism, it's criticism. Jfc you guys are soft.
They've had 4 years. What is the Dems message at this point besides "not trump"? What do they stand for in this election? I get their emails the same as you everyday, they say nothing except "beat Trump". We're way past "addressing discontent" at this point.
People are frustrated, people are upset and the only thing the Dems have in 4 years is "at least we're not that guy". Is that really going to work again? I think the discontent is absolutely warranted at this point, my dude.
Why are you so worried about "spreading discontent" in a small community message board? Don't get me wrong, you should be about this election, but don't you think it's a little late now?
These comments look so much like the comments from a sports team sub.
Biden totally should have ran the ball there at the end, then Trump wouldn't have enough clock left before the end to win! It's like reducing politics down to it's absolute dumbest, I can't imagine why more and more people are choosing not to participate.
As with anything you read about Israel, the facts are always distorted just slightly enough to completely change the message without flat out lying. It's not just you, there's a major funk around any Israel based news stories coming out of the mainstream media.
The message is the same. Vote or you'll be subjected to an increasingly authoritarian government bent on making the country worse. Regardless of how edgy you think the campaign was, we're saying the same shit over and over. You just feel more strongly about it because you understand the context this time.
"You could never understand historical events if you weren't literally alive and a full grown voting adult to see them"
What a fucking shit take. Have you never commented on a single thing you weren't alive for? Stop being so reactionary, not every election is "the most important in our country's history". Again, gimme a break.
Thank God, those bastards never appreciated being penned up and under military control like they should have. Don't they get it, that wall was built for them!
Republicans seem to throw their weight around all the time and never need this excuse. Dems have no teeth, they never have. They had 2 years of full control during Obama's first term and couldn't get anything done and let the GOP carve up Affordable Care just so they could take pretend it was bipartisan. The excuses just get old, I've been hearing them since they let bush steal the election
I'm 34. There absolutely were people talking about a fascist bush/Cheney regime in 2004. Sure things are different now, but they're still very much the same.
So he's going to stay in his position way past when he reasonably should because of pride and not take advice from his friends and family to step down so he could transfer power to a worthy successor?
Biden is hawkish on Israel because he remembers a version of Israel that doesn't exist anymore. The stalwart of the Middle East is a shell of itself and it doesn't want the rest of the world finding out. I know his age is a meme at this point but it's worth pointing out here
You're mixing up my comments and other people's comments lol I never responded in any way to the person saying "guiottine them all". Get your facts straight before you get all bent out of shape next time, bud.
Edit: just because the comment is below another doesn't mean it's a response, you have to follow the drop down lines fyi
