Those are images of Tuaregs, the nomadic people living in the Sahara. You see only few wearing white garnments. The majority wears shades of blue or even black. I trust the people who actually live in the desert to know about how to deal with the sun and heat:

That is about 7% of the population. In Germany that would be an active duty army of about 6 million people. In the US that would be about 25 million people.

I think this underestimates the tech savvyness of teenagers when it comes to circumvent such measures. Or maybe i am mistaken because when i was in that age range it was common to know more about computers than the parents.
I recommend you to try and ignore looking at your weight on the scale or how your belly circumference changes or the like for the first month or so. Your weight also is a rather broad metric. A kilo of muscles is not the same as a kilo of fat.
Just focus on doing your exercises well and feeling how they will get easier/you can do more reps week by week.
Another quick thing you will notice is your pulse going down. After a stamina exercise right when you stop, take your pulse on your neck. take it for 10 seconds and multiply by six to get your hearts bpm. Then after two minutes of rest take it again.
Do this every week and you will see a difference right away as your body adjust into moving.
Also i know most people want to build up big muscles and go with high weights. For getting fit i recommend looking for muscular endurance training first. This will help burn fat as you do many reps. It will improve your general endurance and it will help build muscles in a way that protects against injuries. Think of this like warming up your muscles before you enter into training to increase your max power. Alternate these two types of training over time.
I disagree on it being difficult to build muscles without a gym. Most exercises with your body weight will be more than enough for the first years of training.
For people who start at maybe being able to do 5 push-ups, hitting the point where push-ups wont train them for muscle growth will take a long while. Also what kind of muscles do you want? big packs that can do 10 reps at huge weight, but fail you while unloading a moving truck? Or muscles that are well trained for endurance and stamina? For being fit and healthy i recommend the second style.

They try to claim that them "talking" to Israel is working, while opposing any actual action.
It is crucial not to let them get away with it. Merz is big on talk and it is often not followed by action, or by action directly opposing the talk. For instance they blew up the former government by blocking the taking on of new debt to finance infrastructure investments/upkeep that are direly needed. Now as the new government they passed a huge block of new debt to do exactly that.

Things are shifting in the EU. It seems like the EU - Israel association agreement will not be prolonged and Spain is pushing for an EU arms embargo on Israel. As that would also exclude ships carrying arms to Israel to use EU ports, this would only allow Israel to receive arms either directly from ships passing through Suez or through its port in the Gulf or complicit regimes, especially UAE. This would drive up the internal pressure in Muslim majority countries around Israel to stop their complicity.

Without the US Israel is done. But already without the EU as a trading partner and logistics access Israel will become very unsustainable economically. If the US wants to cover that, they will have to pay up much more.
The problem with Germany is that now they are trying to carry outwards, what they used to do inwards. Keep talking about how they remind Israel to uphold international law, how they "put a question mark" to the statement that Israel is in compliance with the laws, how the situation in Gaza is truly horrible and they work towards a two state solution by negotiations, but how recognizing a Palestinian state would jeopardize this, how stopping weapon shipments to Israel would jeopardize it, how it is all Hamas fault anyways and all the other nonsensical talking points you have heard over the past years.
The key takeaway here is that they are claiming that "talking to Israel" is what would move things to improve, while they oppose taking action as "too drastic". It is good that they have to become louder in their words, but it is still meant to appease rather than to act.
If you mean Al-Ahli hospital it was certainly the first where there was a lot of people killed at a hospital in October 2023. It was followed by the Al-Shifa hospital raid in November 2023 where after the IDF left hundreds of bodies were found in mass graves, including medics who had gunshot wounds and their hands tied, indicating a massacre. The same hospital was then raided again with even more people found likely massacred there in March/April 2024. Since then it seems that mass destruction and murder at hospitals was just shrugged away as business as usual by most western politicians and media outlets.
