  • Not really, but I figured the 3 most populous (and probably, considerably diverse) cities may as well get international city status. Also, the fact it makes England's borders ugly is a plus.

  • Inspired me to do my own take on the British Isles, tbh

  • I hope someday, the Zionists receive all the evil they committed against others back, with interest. Someday the tide will turn against them- perhaps even in the west, when and if there is ever any true representative government, when the state institutions of the empire crumbles down. And I hope it all ends with them fleeing to remote corners of the earth, changing their names, living forever in fear and the knowledge that there is a place for them, first in the courts and then in the gallows- like how the more notorious higher-up Nazis had to- but this time for all those who associated with the cause, not some halfways (if even that) measures like were imposed on the Nazis.

  • I imagine for those few with any sense- or with any genuine notions of "patriotism" or other such values outside of pure greed- they can see how the tides are turning, that being- that western "civilization" is headed for a collapse, and if there isn't some sort of new New Deal (a band-aid fix, but still something) shit will really hit the fan, and their imperialist golden goose might finally just die off (to the benefit of the rest of humanity)

That said, actions mean more than words- and in their actions, for self-interest, surely they won't do much of anything about it, and in truth they can't- it doesn't matter what they might even genuinely think, not that I expect much from them, but even in the entirely hypothetical scenario where there was one "good apple," all the other decaying apples around it would win out- the other billionaires, the other institutions and bureaucracies of capital. That's the nature of the capitalist system, something far greater than a few supposedly "dissenting" or "suddenly conscientious" billionaires- capital, in this system where capital is king, will continue to do as it always has- and considering the state of western and particularly Anglo-American society, I don't see anything changing course for the better anytime soon, but rather spiraling further into late stage capitalism.

  • Cry about it, slava Russia. Here's hoping Russia liberates Ukraine right up to Kiev (the Galicians and Volhynians can have their quaint little Blackrock Nazi fiefdom, what's left of it). The only good Nazi is a dead Nazi.

  • And these are the less warlike Germans- or at least, the larger half of the anti-war (against Russia anyways) equation. Germany is fucked.

  • Here's hoping that- when the time is right- they get their forever war, and they choke on it. I suspect humanity will never be safe, till the entire US is balkanized and/or a UN mandate.

  • Here's looking forward to a century and millennia onwards of impotent, bitter EU rage! And I hope after China, next comes perhaps India, or all the other countries the Euros have brutalized for so long.... the EU had best get used to not second, not third, but eventually hopefully even last place (along with the US).

  • Vamp Trump might say hurtful things, but he's basically impotent. Zombiden on the other hand, even back when he was alive and intact (if he ever was) was completely, utterly rabid, a warmonger of the worst order. I'll pick Vamp Trump.

  • Seems like a typical (east) Asian-hating lib to me tbh. They're common enough, though I'd not have expected this exact combination from Indians

  • I agree with the sentiment that Ukraine isn't a "Nazi country," but rather a country infested by a Nazi state, paramilitaries, and ideology. That said there definitely are "Nazi countries"- those countries whose very founding ethos is genocidal settler-colonialism, whose definition is one of the supremacy of one group and the dispossession and debasement of the others. The USA, Canada, Australia, and Israel all are prime examples of this- there is no redeeming any of these countries, without not merely a change of state- but a change of the notion of what the country stands for altogether, and a righting of former wrongs to the genuine best of their abilities. For such countries, it's not merely an issue of the state- it's an issue of their very reason for existence altogether, and only indigenism of some sort can remotely fix it.

  • He always was, tbh. He has his own serious (reactionary domestic policy) issues, but any idea that Putin belongs grouped amongst the likes of Netanyahu- or Biden, Obama, Bush, etc... is nonsense.

  • Eh, no worries. In a flood of typical Sinophobic lib fearmongering, it's only natural to stop responding to such clickbait tbh. If I didn't already know their channel I'd have probably written it off too.

  • The clickbait really doesn't help things, but Danny Haiphong and Brian Berletic are good IMO (I watch them often)

  • I understand why China and Russia- exporter nations- wouldn't take kindly to the strikes. But if what you suspect (of Chinese involvement) is true, joining the west in what amounts to imperial policing actions on behalf of a state actively committing genocide, I'd say it's not a good look.

Maybe China can provide some moderation within these operations (kinda doubt it). I suppose that's the best-case scenario. But the Houthis aren't, say, ISIS- and there's always going to be some discomfort from the notion of China going alongside with such actions. If you ask me it strikes me as reminiscent- if not at all in scale- to how the eight nation alliance "policed" and terrorized China back during the Boxer rebellion, and I would wonder if these actions might wind up being counterproductive for China and its reputation with average citizens within the region- governments will understand, sure, but the common folk may not, and I wouldn't blame them at all for it.

  • UN naval assets (Chinese, American, British, French ships so far) will be mobilized to closely escort shipping through the strait and Red Sea

Possible rare Chinese L? To my understanding the Houthis have only been striking shipping in some way associated with Israel, and joining forces with the imperialist crackerverse to safeguard their shipping during an ongoing genocide seems like a probable L to me.

That said, looking up "Prosperity Guardian" (even the name sounds like typical Anglo-fascist BS) doesn't give any impression of Chinese involvement. Just a bunch of "international community" nations, and two tiny island nations that may as well be microstates (Bahrain and Seychelles) tagging along for the ride, probably for western optics.

  • Liberals, not even once. All the fascism of "honest" right wing conservatives, with even less self-awareness and rampant messiah complexes, so there's not even the hope of them toning their behavior down nowadays.

I used to agree with the whole "if fascism comes to America, it'll be wrapped in a flag and holding the bible" bit- and it still holds halfway true- but honestly? Nowadays it seems just as possible if not more so that it'll be wrapped in a rainbow flag (nothing wrong with that, I'm trans- but it's just tokenism if anything, rainbow-washing) with a slew of token POC figureheads, and crying out its need to defend against fascism... the "more POC/trans/disabled/women drone pilots" meme is in full effect nowadays with the "centrist"-fascists.

  • That sucks- not seen that bad where I live, but instead I get to walk by "stand with Ukraine," "close the sky" and "at what cost NATO" signs every time on my way home... they're also the most inauthentic, probably/definitely astroturfed signs at that, like I think it was meant to look like stencil graffiti art, but they did it on wooden boards that have been secured onto this one building, like as if whoever it was that doing it was (a) definitely the buildings' owner and (b) wanted the signs, but didn't want it to look "ghetto" or have to be washed off the building after the fact

  • Considering Israel's state twitter account posted that abortion of a Voldemort meme, it's not that far off from reality.
