Sorry. I am late to this. I am the mod here and the mod on lemmy shit posting. I firmly stand my decision to remove your posts. You have to be very careful with what you post memes about and I got user reports about the meme which is why I decided to act on it. People can and will take things the wrong way and that's before I even go to the potential comments and users memes like that tend to attract.

Yeah. Seeing tons of people claiming the vote was too vague and that people wouldn't understand while also clearly understanding what this amendment was and what it's implications are has been pretty odd to say the least

If you want to defeat Hamas the best way to go about it is to give Palestinians rights and agency over their land. Invading the Gaza will only make Hamas stronger. Once their homeland is gone they will always come back, they will never forget and they'll want revenge against any country that remotely assisted Isrsel.

A good way to start would be making sure they have adequate political representation. Shutting them out of the politically. When you don't get a groups voice in when making decisions that can lead to consequences. Big issues that aboriginals face in extremely high unemployment, decaying infrastructure and high incarceration rates.

Looking over the r/Australia comments on this referendum has been fascinating.
