Some people prefer the ergonomics of low profile and tight spacing. The thinking is that it results in less finger movement, and thus less wear and tear on your joints, over the 40+ year course of using a computer for work.

I like it a lot!

There’s a really wide variety of these things out there. Variables like switches, caps, and tenting make them very personalizable.

It’s as likely as not that the one on marketplace would fit your preferences.

For folks with an iPhone, iOS Live Photos does this by recording 1.5 seconds before and after the picture as a short video, and allowing you to choose the key frame that shows as the still image.
