Not caring. When I was younger I used to stress out because I was concerned about peoples opinions, not fitting in, or doing something stupid and giving others the wrong impressions of me. As a result I came off as shy until I got comfortable around someone. (Then you couldn't shut me up). Now as I'm getting older, I really don't care much about some random persons opinion and will often talk to anyone I run into. (Even if it's just a simple "Hello," or "How's it going?" It's like we all have a little social egg shell around us sometimes that needs a tap or two to crack open. As an aside, you will meet some pretty interesting people too.)
And at the end of the day, it's what YOU think of you that matters, no one else. Just be the best you that you can be, and don't fret the little things. If someone doesn't like you for that, it's their loss and they're missing out on all your gloriousness.
I probably learned that as well but just don't remember it. I do know we've developed a lot of different hybrids from the Morden research station over the years. (I used to live across the street from there, years back.)
To be honest I never knew we shipped our flour that far. (I live in Manitoba)
I think for the most part we realize that we are not perfect by any stretch, and instead of bragging about what we do or don't have, many of us would prefer to just try our best to make our corner of the planet as nice as we can. We are, after all, made up of people from all over the world and I think that's one of our greatest strengths.
Did the led strip die, or did the power supply just crap out? It's a pretty simple fix if it's just the power supply that failed.
I have several lights I use in my room. I have a led strip behind my tv, one led bulb that stays on pretty much 24/7 in the corner, and two overhead "main" lights for when I need to really light things up.
Get out and vote! If you need an election kit mailed to you go to https://elections.ca/ and sign up. It takes less than 15 minutes.
Edit: forgot to add, Deadline is April 22, but I'd recommend ASAP! Every vote Counts!
I'm all for it, but we're gonna need some better rail lines heading up there and maybe an all-season road or two to go with it. Right now the options are pretty limited.... one railway line or flying.
Obviously. But despite not pulling in the money, and Musk virtually destroying it and turning it into a cesspit the value on the books is still up there (despite being arguably overpriced from the start).
If I were to buy a house and partially burn it down, the value shouldn't stay the same. It just amazes me that it is still worth so much after what Musk has done to it.
Are american dimes not magnetic? A magnetic floor sweeper should have worked great there.
