I don't know it that well either but iirc he's not a medical doctor but has a doctorate in something else and also I think he does regular lectures at a uni as well. May depend on the continuity as well. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can correct me.
Depending on the contract the properties might still have to keep the name even if sold. There's a couple cases of that our there currently for Trump buildings. He sold them and they have to keep the name, last thing I heard they were trying to sue to remove the name because of all the bad publicity the trump name brings.
I always verbally walk them through it. That helps them memorize the steps and if they insist I do it I can tell them to fuck off with a clean conscience. If they don't wanna help themselves then I won't either. I don't usually have a problem with this method.
That's the easy and probably true answer. They have tons of data, they know what people actively search for and how often. They wouldn't make it if it wasn't profitable.
The actual reason is to hide the fact they're probably not gonna have much if any pve content soonish. That's the whole 'reason' behind ow2. They just layed off a bunch of staff too.
She's still out there doing her thing. She's made more music since and recentlyish been on other TV stuff. I saw her with very short colored hair on a Netflix original food show a couple weeks back. One of those cheap to make ameature food competitions.
I used to work for fedex. Most of the time those run over boxes were just crushed by the machine that handles them and sorts them, not always though... I worked with some daft people. Lots of my coworkers hated how prevalent door cams became but I loved them. Made it reeeall easy to call people out on their bullshit.
When there was a dispute things wound usually go like this 'I delivered the package right at their front door, there's a hallway cam, ask them to contact the manager and get footage of me not stopping by when I claimed I did.' I never got into trouble in the years I did it because I always did my job right.
My guy, air bnb didn't cause the shortage or even significantly make it worse. It's the mega corps that literally own hundreds of thousands of homes across the US and just rent them out. I'm not even upset at boomers who own 3 or 4 rental properties and I work with a lot of them. It's always mega corps fucking it up for the rest of us.
