Is there anything with Japanese? It's the language I've been learning (I took a class and have been wanting to study it further), but not all language learning apps have it.
Similar reactions produced by particle accelerators are constantly happening all around us, and isn't just limited to extreme conditions like around black holes. This is just the same thing but at a much smaller and more controlled scale, and last I checked the sun hasn't produced any world ending black holes despite the far more extreme reactions constantly happening within it. A man even survived a high energy proton beam from one of those accelerators passing through his brain and was able to continue his career in quantum physics, so at that point I doubt they're capable of anything world ending.
Granted the author was quite young when he started the series (15) to when the first book got published (18, first self published then republished by an established publisher a couple years later). He's came out with a new series recently, but I don't know how much better it is.
And while I'm not saying the books are anything great, they're still a far cry from the movie imo.
I didnt start really using social media until I was 15 (2015) (not including when I briefly used FB when I was 13 and having an account on the official Warrior Cats message boards when I was ~12), but even then it seems like people were a lot more chatty? I feel like I got more positive comments on my shitty art from that time than I sometimes do nowadays.
And also the fact that so many people nowadays share their full name how they look irl. I'd much rather keep that shit private unless it's someone I trust and seems especially dangerous nowadays, and now there's a worrying amount of minors doing it.
I would never play it myself so I'm not sure how much this counts, but there's something about Garten of Banban that keeps drawing me back to it whenever a new episode drops. I'm well aware it's just some shitty bottom of the barrel reaction streamer/theory crafting bait and it's mostly me wanting to see where the train wreck goes, but I think I'm enjoying it on an ironic level too.
I mean, it wasn't like I was expecting the guy who refused to take down a popular softcore CP sub until it got mainstream media attention to be morally upstanding.
It's actually used in a lot of veterinary clinics, so you're not far off.
