  • Hot take, schools should be geared towards accommodating the smartest kids, not the dumbest. There should still be safety nets like summer school, but the smartest kids should be able to learn as much as they want to

  • AI wrongly flags you as suspicious and someone has to take a manual look at all your data.

Why would you want anyone from the government doing any sort of investigation on you? Even if you have nothing to hide it's a breach of privacy and you put a lot of trust in the government.

  • Tbh taking your baby on a trip is a giant waste of money. They aren't going to enjoy/remember it. And if you bring them on a plane they will have no clue what's going on, be stressed, and annoy everyone else

  • If we take the series s as the baseline in development, we'll get games that don't take full advantage of the better hardware. They shouldn't have to make their game run on potato grade hardware. I think they hit a great balance, it runs great on most modern gaming pc's, and the series x and ps5 will have no issues running it either.

  • Agreed. I have about 20 open bottles of different whiskeys right now. I'll probably have a glass or two each week.

You can have a very robust collection of whiskey and also drink in moderation. I know when I buy a new bottle I'm excited to try it, and the seal usually doesn't last for longer than a day.

You can store whiskey for a very long time if the bottle is over halfway full. Keep them upright and away from the sun and they'll last for many years and still hold their taste. You might lose some due to evaporation though.

  • Bg3 makes you feel like your choices matter. I havnt progressed very far (10 hours in and mostly exploring) and there have been points in dialog or exploring the open world when I pass a "point of no return". This is where I can tell there will be a consequence (good or bad) to my choices, but perhaps it's not immediately seen. I havnt had most of these choices pay off yet, but it builds anticipation and makes me want to see how this will play out and wonder if it will come up further down the line when I least expect.

  • Agreed.

Although there are a ton of people who abuse either sugar or cigarettes. Both of which have terrible long term effects on your body that we end up paying for through their hospital visits.

There needs to be a solution where healthy people don't have to pick up the slack of people who purposely ruin their bodies. Such as from smoking, eating a ton of sugar, etc.

  • Yes! I do the exact same thing.

In group settings I always go for the dice and we assign numbers to what we will be doing as a group. It helps when we can't decide what to do because we all want different things, such as where to go for dinner.
