  • The Defense Minister has already been arrested, and the military is saying they were specifically ordered to block the parliament from operating.

    It’s just the opposition forced their way around the military cordon and dared the military to shoot them is the only reason the martial law order got lifted.

  • The Middle East is such a power vacuum that this shift in Syria only spells a more unsettled region. There will be extremists running most countries including Israel which only assures further conflict

  • Because it wasn't previously decided. However, in this case United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) is the Supreme Court ruling that determined the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution granted birthright citizenship to all persons born in the United States regardless of race or nationality.

    In order to reverse, the court itself has to do it. Not that it wouldn't.

  • More than 10 years ago, used to oversee a lab filled with telecommunications equipment. The Chinese used to attack that lab on average of 5 times a day. Didn't get anywhere, though. But it was a pain. They've been doing this a long time.
