  • I'm sorry, I'm browsing from /all. You don't actually mean they only started allowing notification sound customization 17 versions into their OS, right? You're making a joke?

Because holy hell, what basic functionality that should have been included over a decade ago.

  • zzz

    Jump
  • But then why is it that it feels like the blood flows back into my arm and that only after a few seconds, I can move my hand again.

Like, my hand literally cramps up as if it's actually lost blood flow and can only move once (as it feels) the blood circulates back throughout.

  • Oh... I misread your comment and thought you were ranking them based on sexual performance based on their sport.

Like, rowers have great thighs and arms, so they're strong. Horse riders know how to... Ride. But you wouldn't want sprinters because their goal is to finish the quickest.

But then I was wondering what would make a shooter so good in bed.

Anyway, the way I read your comment gave me a good chuckle. "The Olympian Sexual Performance Tier List."

  • While trying to mount a speaker:

    Where's my drill bit?

    Where's the mount?

    Where's my pencil?

    Where's my level?

    Where's the mount?

    WHERE ARE THE SCISSORS?

I JUST HAD MY FUCKING DRILL BIT!

GOD DAMNIT, JUST LET ME MOUNT THIS THING, WHERE IS MY PENCIL?

Every time I try to do anything. I'm probably undiagnosed ADHD, tbh.

  • At this point, it is normal, but definitely shouldn't be. We keep "averting" shutdowns mainly because Republicans don't know how to govern. But also because all congresspersons don't know how to cooperate and get over their petty bullshit.

  • This is a permissions thing. It makes it so that apps can only access the photos you select, instead of giving it blanket permissions to all photos and files.

It says so right in the popup. This is an added feature, not something that's been taken away.

  • I see you're from Germany (or at least on a German instance). Is the four-day work week becoming common there and throughout Europe?

As I live in the US, I'll probably die before something like that is implemented here.

  • I got a letter from a company a while ago (I honestly can't remember who), that was telling me my "rights" as to how my data was used. They said I cannot rescind their right to sell my data to their 362 partners!

    What the actual fuck.
