  • But sometimes it can be counted as murder even if it was unintentional if you were doing something so reckless and stupid you should have realized it

Just depends on the state. So you have to look at the definitions. State A might have Murder and Manslaughter, State B might have Murder and Negligent Homicide and State C might have Murder-I and Murder-II or first and second degree.

I've seen a bunch where charges will come out of Texas for Assault and people freak out thinking it's being played down despite Texas Assault being the same as Battery in their state. Or Aggravated Assault being the same as Attempted Murder in their state.

  • Ok first, cars aren't mentioned in the constitution but outside of that...

I can buy a car and use in off road or on private property and need none of that. I can even take it wherever else I want with it on a trailer.

So with what you're saying I can make or buy a machine gun and supressor and as long as I don't use it in public it's totally legal without paying any mind to the government.

  • Yeah I also don't understand how it's a barrier. Unless I'm thinking of the wrong thing I know some people who had to get a letter of credit when getting some service at their new property in order to not have to pay some equipment deposit. As private individuals (although commercial property with no history of income), it took them a phone call, 2 emails and about 30 minutes to get one.

I really can't see any small ISP that isn't some scheme having trouble getting one.

  • It would probably/possibly work without them but the issue with folding kayaks on the sea or rivers is more impacts, there's a lot of rocks in the fun rivers and in the ocean/sea there's reefs and other abrasives.

Whereas with a rotomolded kayak its durable enough to even be used for rentals in those conditions. You pretty much don't have to give a shit with a rotomold since they can take a lot of abuse.

  • Same, I'm also currently looking for a kayak and it surprised me as well since when I last looked there wasn't one under 1k.

Now of course they are limited compared to a normal kayak but for someone in an apartment that has no other options it would at least get them something until their living arangement allowed them to get a proper one.

And if all you ever want to to is casually hang out on flat water it really doesn't limit you at all.

  • Would she not just remove the door? Sure it would stay locked for that moment but the next time it's open she might just pop the hinge pins out. You know her more than the rest of us of course but that seems likely given the current behavior.

  • Also out of that 33 I imagine a good chunk is people who were dating a couple months before deciding to get married, or those who got married because of an accidental pregnancy.

If you take first time marriages, where they were dating for over 1 year, and did not conceive a child until after being married, I imagine it's near 10%, maybe less, but I have no data to back that up.
