The two GTAs I actually lived and finished are from before Rockstar era: GTA and GTA2 - the 2D ones. I played all the big open world Rockstar titles (except for Bully) and I think I'm just not the right audience for what they are making.
What was expected to be a start of a series revival, flopped and ended up with a kinda messy PC port, platform exclusive DLC epilogue and eventually abandonment in favor of return to sands of time mythos.
Meanwhile it is my favorite entry in the series - with amazing art direction, and lovely character development and vocal performances by two main characters. The gameplay is a cross of guitar hero and parkour - it's much more rhythm based and perhaps less expensive, but pulling off a perfect run feels soooo good.
I love the game so much that even though I'm not a YouTuber, I created a full playthrough and published it - just so I can stop wanting to play it again every few years.
Truly BREAKING NEWS lol. A sequel everyone knows is coming will be announced with a teaser we are announcing now. Must read the story now and stay informed!!!
Ok, that's a good one. I think I might have fallen down with the good old bias: everything before my time is antique and everything newer than my time is an abomination. Thanks for slapping some sense into the old grumpy guy :)
I guess my beef is not with the abbreviations, but more with the fact that short versions completely replace long ones. I can't recall the last time I heard someone say words like mayonnaise or influenza.
Ever noticed how in America we tend to come up with abbreviations for any word people don't feel like learning to spell? Renaissance, Mayonnaise... even Through. (Ren, Mayo and Thru, respectively).
Anyway, awesome costumes, love both armors equally.
