I always did find it silly that it wasn't at least the same as parks where lower speed is required dawn till dusk.
Like, even on the weekends and after school, schools have parks and playgrounds where the children go to play. They don't just appear at 730am and disappear at 5. These signs just add a later of confusion. Like, if it's a pro-d day is it technically a school day? Do the parent who know school is out get to drive faster than those who don't have children and dont know it's not a school day?
Does the guardian do any of their own reporting or do they just repeat what other outlets have already printed so they can spread rumours and gossip without fear of being accused of making stuff up?
Not that this isn't true, but it just seems silly that they are just repeating what others have already said.
I think I would have difficulty depending on how devoted they are. Like would I need to pretend to pray beside them at every meal? Or do they just keep most of that to themselves?
Also, I do find the little rituals and habits that religious people go through a bit silly so I feel like I would not be able to just silently sit by and watch it for years and years.
What are the ostriches for? Are they on a farm and sold as meat? If it's a health issue sure let the ostriches live but ban the meat from being sold. Separate them from those that will be sold for meat.
Otherwise what would happen if a zoo had some rare bird catch avian flu? Would they be forced to kill all of the other rare birds in the zoo?
Also with starlink even one company's constellation is causing issues with astronomers and launches.
How bad will it be if there are 5-6 different companies with their own network floating around up there. And then other countries with their own network.
I had lower back pain for a while about 12 years ago when I was youngish.
Ignored it for like a week because I thought I just slept weird.
Then one day I asked someone to take me to the walk-in since it was getting worse.
It was a Sunday so they were all closed, but by that time I was starting to shake. Asked to go to the ER.
Once in the ER I'm sweating, shivering and shaking. Doctor takes one look at me and bumps me to the front of the line. Takes me in and immediately says I look like I'm going through septic shock. Puts me on IV antibiotics and morphine for the pain which was incredible at that point.
Apparently I had a UTI which led to a bladder infection and eventually worked its way up to my kidneys and then poisoned my blood. Another week of 1hr per day IV antibiotics pumping through me and I was okay.
Greenland probably has a shit ton of minerals that could be mined, but it takes investment and capital and labour to extract it where greenland is just fine with fishing. It's population is pretty small.
Nope, I've still got every phone I've ever had except for one that I gave away to someone who lost theirs.
