So it only comes with one controller, it isn't actual hardware, it comes with ten games (pretty sure all the Atari Flash back games had more), and I'm pretty sure even people nostalgic for Atari games will admit they're too basic and archaic to bother with these days.
I'd love to be able to play Kingdom Hearts II, Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario Galaxy...Maybe in the near future. We're already seeing a big bump in console power right now.
Same, honestly. No PC atm, just my little RP2+, though my right stick is wiggly and R1 doesn't work anymore. ;u; Considering getting the RP2S just because it fixes all the issues I have with the 2+, and it's still super cheap. RP3+ doesn't have magnetic hall sticks, and that's huge for me.
Steam Deck would be sick, but it's pricey as all hell. Maybe the price will go down if they release a 2 Steam 2 Deck.
Kaze, I take it? Haven't seen the video yet, your comment is my only context, but I guarantee it's Kaze. Dude is a goddamn genius. He optimized SM64 to run at 60 FPS on actual hardware, and made it look better.
Oh, and definitely make sure the battery contacts aren't corroded/had leaky batteries, though if you're gonna swap it for a rechargeable one, it may not matter?
Tetris & Dr. Mario does not save high scores. No battery save, so when you power off the console, high scores are wiped.
But there's a hack you can apply (to the PAL rom) to make it save high scores!
