Agreed. Names don't work that way. Should we just append any remotely relevant info to the name?

Look at the other pictures posted in this comment thread. The picture OP used was a particularly terrible version of it for some reason, there are other versions that don't look nearly as bad.
Eh, sure I guess, as long as it's optional. I personally seriously can't stand playing games with less than 60 fps, even if slow paced, it just feels imprecise and annoying to me.
Then lock the framerate to 24 and enable motion blur to pretend it's actually smooth. Voilà! A terrible, albeit cinematic, experience, just like god intended!
It's really funny but I share your skepticism. At least the labels appear to be edited in after the fact, they're way too clear and similar and not messy enough to be real, unless there's something new with DallE-3 I guess.
By that logic buying a better pc is cheating because it gives you an advantage. We need some nuance here. All modifications to game files are not cheating, (even if not allowed in any case), because well, not all modifications are cheats. This is a great example actually, because AMD sanctioned, graphics card driver latency reductionisn't a cheat. Obviously the way it was implemented was clearly very problematic and should've never been greenlit.
However, this isn't an unintentional cheat and detecting it as such is incorrect. It is, however, a modification and those are reasonably disallowed, it is totally fair to disallow that.
The worst thing is when people who have absolutely no clue about game development believe advertisements and hype and get really opinionated about stuff they know nothing about, such as engines, tech or techniques.
A poorly optimized game will not put your pc to the limit. Instead it will bottleneck itself on stupid issues and inefficiencies. Your pc will actually not be utilised to its full potential. Make no mistake, this game isn't slow because it's gorgeous and advanced, it's slow because graphically it's poorly made.
