  • Perhaps - I wonder if it's that or the opposite, where her endless string of poor decisions end up being the story rather than about her.

I suppose "subjectively attractive person gets through life without many major dramas" doesn't make for good headlines.

  • (I posted this initially in another community, not realising it was just a bot posting)

Why is Katie Price still a thing?

As far as I can remember, she got famous for nothing other than having large breasts.

Beyond that, the last 20 years seem to have been constant attempts to stay relevant with perfumes, books, reality TVs show apprarances, and an inability to understand how basic road safety works.

Why is she still popular, I wonder?

  • A fair point. I suppose the counter argument would be that they are at least cycling through the 2's in order to give them a pop at top-tier racing (Albon, Gasly, Max, Kvyat etc) while there are second seats at teams which are a literal career death sentence like Ferrari (Barrichello and Irvine to Schumacher, Massa to Alonso, arguably Sainz to Leclerc).

I just don't want Lawson "doing a Sam Bird" and being an incredibly talented driver waiting in the wings for a drive that never comes, that would be such a shame.

  • I desperately want to see Lawson in an RBR car, but does he pass the Marko test? I can't remember the last time I heard him talking about him positively.

While we're at it, wouldn't mind seeing Hadjar in a seat for Danny Ric, see how he gets on.

  • I thought Gun Jesus was trying to pivot to other streaming platform for his main content, and YouTube was just a bit of extra exposure while it lasts?

I haven't been keeping up with it so I may be 12 months behind the curve.

  • I dunno man. I quite enjoy watching documentaries on how the bangbang sticks go bang, and how engineers overcame technical challenges.

I'm not a huge fan of Gravy Seals videos of people doing weird cover to cover movement and blatting off rounds at targets, but each to their own.

I guess I think there's bigger problems faced by YouTube and this should be pretty far down the list.

  • I am also reliably told that the removal of a bra - particularly a tight one - at the end of a working day is almost as wonderful as the feeling of taking your socks off when you get home.

    Bliss.
