I got the same message with uBlock. The site also goes apeshit in some places because I assume it tries to circumvent my adblocker by changing classes in the dom. Either way - at this point I don’t care any more.

Yeah at this point I’m surprised how news organizations can still be on X. That place is complete bullshit now and I bet the comments on news articles are especially troubling.

I think this was done to get the PWA in the App Store because otherwise it wouldn’t add any value over just using the web version and therefore not be allowed in the store.

I agree that this might not be great UX but Id suggest using the edge swipe gesture to go back. It’s much faster anyway and you don’t have to reach all the way up to access it.

Even more baffling, lots of keyboards don’t support this for German that has a bunch of compound words. Swiftkey (at least in the past) even split up compound words is German, thereby messing up correct grammar and replacing it with wrong grammar. It was infuriating.

Every service they offer is offered elsewhere by less evil companies.

And with other companies you usually don't have to be worried, they will suddenly discontinue the service after running it half-assed in the first place.

Did you follow niche subs? I noticed when I was more active in default subs, I got gold more often. As the default subs got less bearable and I shifted towards smaller communities, I barely got gold anymore.

Yeah that is unfortunate. They will probably never fully replace Youtube until they change drastically. They also serve a niche of interests only. It happens to align with my interests really well but it's definitely not for everyone.

I rather watch less content on nebula than support this horrible user experience.

At this point the majority of channels that I like are on Nebula. You’re right, it won’t be a huge loss.

Man I had this after drawing a lot in procreate, then drawing on pen and paper again I tried to two-finger tap the sheet of paper to undo.

The Panic Playdate. It’s just a really nice gaming console that is getting a lot of support from game devs. It’s one of the very few truly portable handhelds as it can easily fit in a pocket and the battery lasts forever too.

You’re joking but that’s possibly how this is gonna be monitized in the future. In the end it might just look like current day news articles with ads interspliced throughout.
