  • I mean, just looking at the thumbnail I see American politicians in front of an American flag. I think we can all agree that the country specified is pretty simple to figure out.

  • Your first paragraph reminded me of a song that has stuck with me since I heard about it. Give the song "Long Violent History" by Tyler Childers a listen. Obviously I don't know your musical tastes, but it's a powerful message in a genre that typically doesn't embrace the same ideologies.

  • Correct. And instead of fixing the issue.....here we are. But hey, they got a beefier salary out of it.

  • Now wait a minute.......I thought they liked McCarthy SOOOO much, they were willing to vote for him as speaker 15 times in a row just this year?

  • Hopefully. Let's get back to that.

  • Plenty of cars out there running more power than that. Why do we need it? We don't. The same could be said for most power levels in any modern car. Why do we want it? Because it's fucking awesome.

  • The only thing that I can tell happens every update is that I have to tell my start bar, yet again, to show all program icons instead of hiding them. Individually. Oh, and Skype occasionally decides it's important at startup again.

Almost forgot! My computer also randomly forgets how to sleep until updated.

  • You know what, I'll bite. For this to work though, let's agree on two things. First, the game they're selling shouldn't be a hot pile of garbage on day one. Second, I don't want to even catch a whiff of microtransactions or subscription based models. If we can nail those down, I would be fine with a price increase. As it stands, the sticker price is just the cost of entry in the vast majority of games. They are still bringing in cash well after the initial purchase.

  • I couldn't give a shit what they wear at this point. They aren't having many meaningful discussions for Americans, and the actions of our elected officials are more demeaning than a dress code violation. Furthermore, it is far from the most important decision they should be focusing on right now.

As for being the new guy on the job and conforming, I disagree. He's an elected officials, not an employee. He won in part by being dressed like normal folks. Furthermore, we have all the proof we need to understand that there's not a lot of good faith communication happening across party lines, even by those dressed up all fancy.

I say this from the bottom of my heart: If I got to choose a dress code, I would force them to all be dressed up as clowns.

    Edited a typo.

  • I'm a massive FFVII fan, and that 2 year wait ALMOST lost my interest. I finally picked it up, where it remained the most expensive game I had purchased for a good long while. I was happy with that, because I heard "the other installments will be included!"

Guess I heard them wrong. They lost me. I won't pay 90 bucks again for another chapter of a 2 year old remake of a 30 year old game.

  • Interesting question. I'm thinking what he should have done was not fuck these folks over for years, and then ignore a court order to pay them. Fuck the lenders, they knew who they were lending to.

I'm really not interested in giving this fucker any more thought than that. I have my own bills to worry over (and I'll actually get in trouble for ignoring them). He made this shit sandwich for himself, he can have it. Actually, he shouldn't have it, and it should be handed over to the victims, while his assets are frozen/liquidated for eternity.

  • No VR support at launch. That's a shame.

  • Funny, because the only character I'm trying to bone doesn't have any romantic dialogue, despite max approval.

    C'mon Karlach, do something!

  • I couldn't really give two flying fucks what any business supports for legislation.

However, I do care that their opinions weigh more heavily than anyone else's.

  • I almost forgot about Fear Factory. Thanks for giving me something to jam to all weekend again!

  • I noped out of printers a long time ago. Staples prints whatever I need on the cheap, compared to ink cartridges.

  • I know that I'm personally gonna blame this one random person on the Internet for all of our student loan problems. Definitely not gonna blame all the systematic issues.

  • Well shit, I've been doing it wrong my whole life! I still like to sleep at night though, so I guess I'll leave this one for the pros.
