  • I have felt this one personally. My account was fraudulently charged for several thousand dollars in two transactions a couple months ago. The bank ruled in the "merchants" favor, and said the charges were legit. When asked for recourse, the bank provided me with the number and website for the merchant, both of which were inactive. I filed a complaint with the CFPB after the bank removed my money. Within two weeks, all they told me was that the ruling stands, case closed.

  • To answer your question, a ton of the civil rights movements happened in Alabama.

...mainly because of all the other terrible shit happening in Alabama, but there's no denying the progress that was made!

  • Sure, go ahead and let them know. I believe in you.

  • One doesn't have to be a big deal to stand up for what they believe in.

  • I have even worse news. The money allotted to fix that sewage problem was considered DEI, and taken back.

  • If we are suddenly concerned with genocide, there's much bigger (and legitimate) fish to fry in the world currently.

  • You are correct. That is why I explained that I have joined the general strike, and we are waiting for sufficient numbers.

  • Us general strike folks are just waiting to have enough on board for it to be super painful all over. I'm ready.

  • That's not an unlimited amount of data.

  • Alright, I'll take the bait. Let's all assume he has an MS-13 tattoo. What does this change? The dude still gets his constitutional rights, and his day in court. On US soil.

  • Personally, I agree with your mindset, but I'm pretty handy with fixing/maintaining my own vehicles. For someone needing something to reliably get back and forth to work/school/daycare, I understand why people don't go this route. Shop lead times have skyrocketed in the last few years, as have repair prices. Sometimes you just need something you don't have to worry about.

  • I hate that we're at a point where this is even a question.

  • Absolutely! I was just running on the assumption that:

    1. If you're buying toys at Spencer's, you're probably not after super high quality/expensive toys.

2)For those unaware, a blanket "no" is easier to remember and safer to follow.

3)If you're in the market for platinum grade cured toys, then you are already well past this learning experience.

  • Excellent recommendation, I absolutely love that stuff, and a lifetime supply is cheap! The worst part about it is finding a good bottle to keep it in.

  • Remember kids, silicone lube is not safe for silicone toys.

  • Sure, whatever. Let's add another to the pile. The last two worked so well. Maybe he will frame them in the oval office.

  • I won't even respond to supervisors outside my department when questioned about my work. I damn sure wouldn't entertain an individual that has no credentials and doesn't belong there.
