  • You should give it more time. You are a young, new farmer, and as such, it's supposed to suck. You're learning a new trade in a strange place. The game evolves to a point long before the end game where energy doesn't matter, and the tedious tasks are handled. You will have plenty of time to go do the things you would rather focus on.

That being said, if it's not your thing, then that's cool too!

  • This must be the drastic change to increase monetization they were talking about just yesterday.

  • Mine is an NA, '95. I really dig the popup headlights. 1995 was a good year IMO. First year with the bigger 1.8, and still had OBD1.

My brother has an NB for years, so I've had plenty of seat time in one of those as well. They feel really similar to the NA, with better suspension travel. Great cars!

  • Preludes are awesome! I've got an old Miata that I've had for years, similar situation. I've thrown a ton of money at it, full well knowing I'll never see it back. But she's mine, she runs great, and I have no intentions of selling.

  • Steps to becoming a car person: Step one - like cars. Step two - pick up a drug habit because it's way cheaper than restoring cars.

  • I'm pretty sure the vast majority of us have been subject to this exact threat.

  • I kinda wanna see the entire debate evolve into ludicrous, outlandish claims back and forth. Just sheer comedy. I know this isn't the right way to fix anything, but it's what we deserve at this point for letting the situation get this far unchecked.

  • You made it! That's the point. They are 2 different tools for 2 different situations. One sets a constant speed. The other follows the flow of traffic. Glad I could clear that up for you. I'll continue to use both.

  • Sure. When I set the cruise, it is because I would like to go a certain speed. I'll pass if I need to. Setting the cruise to 70 and then realizing you're traveling 65 behind someone on the highway is annoying. Furthermore, it reduces fuel economy gaining back the speed that got scrubbed off. Additionally, I prefer to be a consistent driver. Varying speeds while the cruise is set seems counterintuitive at times when the traffic is light.

  • I use it all the time on the highway.

  • I replied to another comment on this as well. I wasn't very clear with what I meant, my apologies. I was referring to turning the adaptive part off, and going back to just regular old cruise control.

  • I was referring specifically to the adaptive part, and going back to dumb cruise. I wasn't clear, my apologies.

  • I'm fine with adaptive cruise, however, I would also like to be able to turn it off quickly and easily if the situation calls for it.

  • This is why I chose a Mazda. Buttons for everything. I didn't even realize I had a touchscreen until cleaning the interior one day with the radio going.

  • This is the part I always find infuriating, regardless of who is being interviewed.

  • Generally these search and rescue dogs are completely different dogs. They are highly effective, but trained different than protection dogs.
