As long as you render the games at the Steam Deck native resolution (i.e. 1280x800) and use the FSR upscaling option this works perfectly. I do this to output to my 4K TV and the games run more or less the same as they would on the Deck itself with great visual quality. A 1080p TV should work the same if not better.
This is how it starts though. Smaller labs do simulations and get promising results which gets the attention of bigger labs with the capacity for actual experimentation.
No. You could claim to have murdered someone, and they may detain you for this for some time, but without evidence of a crime I don't think they can charge you and definitely can't convict you.
I put together a repo that you should be able to pull down and get running pretty quickly using docker compose. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions.
I just had several Reolink cameras installed as well and like them a lot. I plan on spinning up a Frigate instance soon but read somewhere that Reolink cams don't work great for that. Will see how what goes soon.
TotK is absolutely amazing, no questions. However, while I have certainly noticed a few hiccups the performance has been more than adequate. Sure, it's not as good as any of the PC games I own but it's also not trying to be.
