Right, they make absolute sense if you don't have access to cheap natural gas. I'm worried for the day NG prices rise though. It'll be a double whammy for those of us in SK with the vast majority of the heating in the populated south provided by NG and a grid that has a significant portion produced by NG. You'll see the increase even if you aren't heating with gas.
I believe there's a throttle node in node-red to only let the flow continue once in a settable amount of time. I use it to keep security camera motion notifications at bay.
Was a good game, the presentation of it left something to be desired, though. 45 minutes of pregame that was actually 15 minutes of events with 30 minutes of commercials and unnecessarily long play reviews made it a bit of a grind to watch. The CFL didn't do itself many favours in increasing viewership/fan base with this one.
That's COD skins in a nutshell. Either that or the skin is broken and it's pay to win. If you watch any ranked play from the last game, 90% of people had the Groot skin.
Any of the main games by Quantic Dream are of similar artful quality I'd say. Really a playable story with choices impacting the plot and twists and discovery that keeps you hooked. I liked Beyond: Two Souls the best, but Heavy Rain and Detroit: Become Human aren't far behind.
I think there is some value in that general practitioners need to know a little bit about a very broad spectrum of things and some new practitioners feel overwhelmed at the start of their practice, but I agree, it's incredibly bad timing, and shouldn't be done without some other adjustment to offset the increase in training time.
Like, we know standardized tests are poor at predicting future performance as a physician, and interviews can introduce a plethora of biases unless they're very deliberately structured, yet we still use both of these as major checkpoints of medical school admission. And they're not just a historical lingering standard, the University of Saskatchewan only implemented the requirements for a four-year undergraduate degree and the MCAT for med school admission in 2013. Anecdotally, the few physicians who got in without an undergraduate before the change was implemented in my wife's class ended up being top of their class.
I've got a z flip 3 (have had it for 2 years) and really like how compact it is. I don't often use many of the special flip software features, but it's quite handy being able to sit the phone upright for video calls/meetings or having it stand up sideways for a stable night photo.
I don't think I'll go back to a typical brick phone after this one when it's time to upgrade. The flip 4 and 5 both look quite decent and this cheaper one would be great as I don't need a whole lot of extra power.
Well, I'm quite happy with the timing on purchasing a pair of ratgdos for my two openers. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for local only control without the myQ bullshit.
Even with the extra cost of shipping to Canada, they're still worth it.
Ok, a bit more digging and here's what I've found. It seems perhaps I can be of assistance.
This guy has set up those Arylic Up2streams with the LinkPlay integration in HA, which looks to accomplish what you're looking for.
Another viable HA integration looks to be Music Assistant, but the video makes it seem like it might be a bit clunky. Also looks like Apple music might not be an option.
Either way, looks like LinkPlay or Music Assistant can do the work of Snapcast or balenaSound, but within HA, so no additional containers needed. Likely can avoid the Arylic app that way too if you go with those devices.
My wife says no more toys at the moment, but if I were to implement this, I'd probably pick up one of those Up2Streams for each room and try out the LinkPlay integration.
I don't think the hole ever has a bottom 😁. USB pass through is relatively straightforward, just took some searching as I was very new at Proxmox and most things Linux.
The Arylic stuff looks promising if it can be local-only. It seems there's a proprietary app, but I'll continue to research that as well.
Just came across this device while rooting around for HA compatible solutions. Looks to be have lots of connectivity options. Might be a potential less wired option for your setup
Wow, thanks for the detailed information! Hopefully you can get some direction that helps with your solution. For me, it's starting to sound like OpenBalena might work. I've got an old PC running Proxmox for my services with HAOS in a VM and working great. If you go with that, you'll just have to configure USB pass through for a ZigBee receiver and any other hardware.
Not an expert, just something I did and learned from; does the hardware you're running on have more than one ethernet port (enp#...)? Is it possible you've selected the wrong one?
Also I notice my VMs in proxmox have the bridge nomenclature of vmbr0 (not virb0). Perhaps something there?
Just throwing ideas out there, I'm pretty new at this.
Or @pm.me, even shorter
