This is not how general relativity works at all. If your coordinates are set to a spot on Earth (or some spot relative to Earth), you will appear at that same point. Spacetime exhibits something called diffeomorphism covariance which is a fancy way of saying you'd have to go out of your way in the dumbest way possible to get this outcome.
The right to vote doesn't mean anything if the choices are all awful. This last election was literally "Vote for genocide" or "Vote for (maybe) slightly less genocide".
It seems that liberals will defend any atrocity their leaders commit more than they'll defend people simply not supporting atrocities.
Anyone who thinks a secure messaging app is all they need to keep their communications private from government snooping is a fool. All of the end-to-end encryption in the world won't really accomplish anything when there are any number of other ways to read your screen, log keys, etc. The app just encrypts messages, what happens after that on the user's device is outside of the app's design.
Do you mind noting when/where bombs were dropped by the Chinese during the Chinese-Vietnam war, or any of the engagements you've listed? I'm having trouble finding any information about that.
I agree, the Democrats can do literally anything (up to and including supporting genocide) so long as they're marginally less bad than Republicans and we should support them for this reason. This strategy has no foreseeable consequences and can only make things better in the long run.
BladeRunner: 2049 gets better and better with every viewing. Even more so if you've read Pale Fire, which is referenced a few times in the movie. A masterpiece in every way.
This is actual Roger Stone/Trump behavior. I simply do not understand how people who call themselves democrats are not demanding her immediate resignation and that any communication she has with the media/general public be strictly controlled. It should be unbearably embarrassing to anyone who even remotely supports the Democratic party.
It's so incredibly far beyond the pale for one of the most prominent leaders of the party to publicly say this shit at all, let alone during an election year to the very group of people they claim to represent.
I honestly did not think Dem leadership could be more openly craven and disgusting to their constituents than they already were, but here we are. There truly is no limit.
In a vast majority of cases, no one is to get a better role or salary for working harder or caring more. You're a fool if you think otherwise.
The "company doesn't care about you" line you're so quick to mock is specifically referring to how hard you work and contribute. It's weird that you don't understand that.
Where are they wrong?
