I know most people here knock the always on display, but my Samsung has the option to only show if I tap the screen or a notification comes through.
I also use the option that blinks a certain color light around the perimeter of the screen and/or the in screen camera so it effectively simulates that old led.
It's also possible they create and upload the same content in both locations but have to target the larger YouTube demographic via clickbait thumbnails.
Since there's a paywall, I can't see the whole article but does this imply there was still positive ad growth and they just missed their goal or there was no or negative ad growth?
This may be an entirely separate conversation but I end up sticking with Firefox+uBlock because I can never get any decent performance out of other front ends.
After looking to solve this exact issue I ended up grabbing an Onn 4k streaming box (Google/Android TV) for $20 from Walmart. Not on sale, just full retail is $20, compared to the 4k Chromecast with Google TV at $50 msrp.
It's fast enough and even got better performance out of streaming games through Moonlight than I did from my Steam Link.
Epic Games is useful for the free games they giveaway every week, some weeks better than others.
And I know the topic of ownership of these "free games" is another conversation, but I'll take advantage of it while it's there and also while giving them little to no money.
It's important to note that just because you got it on GOG does not guarantee it is DRM free but they do try. (Unless things have changed since I last looked)
Elden Ring is definitely my choice. I've played some but it wasn't my own copy so I haven't really been able to play it anymore, and for some reason I just never pulled the trigger myself.
Also following because I like good recommendations.
I don't know if I have one that I would necessarily rate 10/10 as the best show ever, but the first show that honestly had me cry/feel real feelings was Scrubs. And while it's up there, I still don't think I'd give it 10/10 myself.
Or both, both is good.
