  • Same here. I had one of these bozos reach out to me and wouldn’t give me an exact price but said he bought a “similar” home nearby for $120k.

Nah…fuck off. I paid more than double of that for my house.

I really wish I could get my fucking phone number removed from wherever it is that these scumbags pull from because their “offers” are nowhere near reasonable and just a waste of everyone’s time.

  • Oh really? I didn’t know that was a thing.

So you tell Siri “Use ChatGPT” and then it switches over?

I had asked Siri what it could do after the update and didn’t get much information on what new features there were or how to access them.

  • I really don’t get the advantage. It just feels like Siri with less.

My ex’s last name was pronounced worse after the upgrade too. It used to enunciate the T in the last name and then after spoke it like there was no T. Always bothered me when I would ask Siri to make a call to her.

It looks pretty? But beyond that, I’m not feeling any advantages like what ChatGPT or Copilot have.

  • Yeah I believe it’s a default feature of iOS in iPhones and not necessarily anything that Voyager or Apollo did.

I use this a lot in other apps and just tried it in the Bing app and it works there too. Also in the default Notes app or in Safari.

  • You reminded me of the one and only time my friend and her husband and I played all night long on Civ V. Such a fun experience.

I really want that feel again. I’ve never played DnD or tabletops like that but that’s what I feel like that feeling is comparable to, playing endlessly all night with IRL friends.

  • The PlayStation 2 intro. I never had one and still haven’t even all these years later, but that was a console I’d play at my cousins’ houses and we would often play late into the next morning. Hearing that intro is pure nostalgia to the highest degree. Since we didn’t have it at our house, it was even more so the reason to play so late on a weekend.

I remember being obsessed with Sims Bustin’ Out and that was one of a few games we’d play late. That or one of the GTAs like III or Vice City and then I was able to sneak San Andreas for myself on Xbox and that was a game I played a lot too.

  • This might be something to ask Amazon’s Rufus AI about. I’ve actually had success describing things like this and it finding what I’m looking for on Amazon.

You may also check Thingiverse or another 3D printing website for parts for “airsoft helmet GoPro” and if you can find it, like this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2799476 you can either search for similar terms on a site like Amazon or have this 3D printed by a friend or a shop or it might be your entry into 3D printing with your own printer to print this and other parts.

  • There’s a YouTube video on one time this happened and a woman was sucked out of the window partially and ended up passing away as a result. She was seated directly beside that window when this happened and others were trying to pull her in. The plane took an emergency action to land as soon as possible. She didn’t completely exit the window, but was partially out of the window.

Sorry I didn’t give you a story with a nicer ending, but just know that this is rare and doesn’t happen often. The odds of this happening are almost similar to winning the lottery. People are scared of flying, in general, but you’re generally safer in the air than in a car, statistically speaking for something to happen.

  • Streaming is going to be one of the most common but still difficult ones because the market is oversaturated unless you’re doing some off the wall stuff that is probably illegal or unethical.

Other than that, there’s going to be smaller stuff known as “beer money”, but a lot of these typically are surveys and the like which require a contract of which you legally cannot agree to.

Your better bet is doing stuff IRL like plowing snow or mowing lawns in the neighborhood. The old timey way teens made money unless you go get a job that most teens get like bagging groceries or pushing carts at the grocery store which you said is going to be impossible to find.

  • Personally I use just my index fingers to alternate between these but I’m realizing how inefficient this seems when I look at the controller scheme. Seems more like it would be more beneficial to use middle and index fingers but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone use that? But maybe some people do? Was curious if any others out there did or knew of others who do.

  • Video game designers do something similar to this in hiding “Easter eggs” in their games and the code that makes the game that often break the 4th wall or just bypass it.

Maybe it’s fun? See who can figure it out and come as close as they can to the truth without actually getting to the truth?

  • Invader Zim

I still come back to this every once in a while. I loved the dark humor plus the childish humor mixed with some adult humor though I don’t feel it was on the same level as other shows of the same time as I’ve rewatched it, which has surprised me.

  • I already experienced this with that one small robot a few years ago. It was resurrected a few years later but required a subscription.

That was the beginning of me not caring for subscription based products and being weary of products that relied on servers instead of being locally hosted.
