  • What's her thinking here? Try and get some of the ~8% from One Nation/Trumpettes?

By shifting right, there's a risk more Libs from the centre jump ship to teal or something else?

  • I liked the way I heard someone else talk about it:

With all of the issues in this election like cost of living, housing crisis, the environment, nuclear power vs renewable energy, education, healthcare etc where does Welcome to Country rank for you?

  • Others have answered this well already 👍

  • Curb weight 1634kg

This was the standout spec that might make me consider one.

I've been looking mainly at small hatchbacks/SUVs, and they all seem to weigh in at over 1800kg. And many are over 2000kg. Excluding Aptera...

  • For anyone looking for pub and other specials

are your friends. $15 schnitzels, steaks etc can be found. Sometimes you can combine it with a cheaper drink during happy hour.

  • Well, STI's are pretty stiff and are a harsh ride.

You could try a WRX instead...

  • Just cook it yourself.

A Sydney Mexican etc restaurant is a recipe for disappointment 😔

  • My 6 year old jar of Vegemite is worth way more than $8K....

  • I saw somebody post some AI stuff the other day. Another dude corrected the glaring error in the first sentence and said AI was rubbish.

I was mortified that the OP posted "AI is awesome, but does need to be fact checked".

But hang on, they knew the limitations and they didn't check anything? Sure enough, when they were called out, they just started name calling everyone.

That day, I clearly saw the future....

  • I've been waiting for Musk to wade in with a few billion to support the Trumpettes of Idiots or some other cooker party...

  • Appears that the real 'dirty' was actually the Spotlight dirty reporting

  • Listen all you freaks, I do not consent!

In related news, a study was surprised by results that suggested people did not like being shot or stabbed by someone. Consent did not seem to be a factor in these cases either.

  • The main reason I have a car is not for travel.

It's to sleep in if things go pear shaped. Maybe I should say more pear shaped.

  • Australia already has these laws.

The Prime Minister said the laws of mathematics don't apply

Every government is jealous of Australia, where anyone working in IT can also be forced to put in a backdoor, and silenced from talking about it.

  • You can alternatively put a tariff of 20% on Coles and Woolworths.

So, every 5th item is free and you don't need to scan that.

  • There's one-off, cash grabbing sales of public assets, many of which are short-sighted and stupid.

Then there is the sale of the Darwin port, which added a whole other level of stupid on top.

Everyone involved with it should be forced to do the Game of Thrones walk of shame.

  • The rule of thumb for exotics/classics is that you should budget the same amount as the purchase price for maintenance.

That excludes insurance, which is usually at least 10% of the purchase price per year.

It also excludes depreciation, and mileage on exotics/classics is a killer.

Taking the above into account, I'd only think about a Maserati as a disposable car lol
