im actually surprised companies havent tried to charge for voice assistants already considering pretty much everything you say to them gets sent to some service somewhere
i feel like most companies do this. Microsoft is a big example. Year after year their UX and UI get worse and worse. Lots of noise is brought up about it yet nothing really changes.
driving in the dark and rain is mad sketch. This is more than googles fault. Its also the city for not properly blocking it off. “Vandalism” is just a sorry excuse
it’s actually because they dont want you to go there and buy stuff if you buy stuff then they have to spend money to restock stuff and that hurts profits!
a significant portion of my job is to moderate and provide first line direction of all the social media pages for a huge company that commissions my company. We dont do any marketing or real engagement just moderation and essentially telling people to reach out to customer service per big company’s poorly provided directions. I don’t particularly care much for big company’s product but ive seen some really nasty people with attitudes towards my and my coworkers as if we physically made and handed them a defective product. We do sympathize and understand a certain level of anger but there are some people who are just outright cunts. It doesent help that big company does big company things and barely has customer support so more of the anger is directed towards us social media people
this is true outside of the motorsport too. Oh you want to use your bike to take trips or go motocamping? every single little things is gunna cost $50+
trying to get a motocamping setup going. Spent over $200 at REI last weekend just for a tarp shelter and accoutrements and I still have 75% of the list to go which is only NECESSARY items…
mechanical keyboards go two ways, you start shelling out for way overpriced cncd metal or wacky boards or you become a pcb designer and make a board that could be used for camping
Am I like the only one who just got used to traffic in a manual? It became a complete non-issue after a year. I guarantee we are going to go through this in a few years when one pedal driving in electric cars becomes much more commonplace
